Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom work as specified in the project agreement. We retain rights to use general methodologies, tools, and techniques developed during the project.
5.3 Portfolio Usage
Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KJO NEXA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
